Woz is back.....
Woz here. I know it's been a long time since anyone's provided an update on the band. I apologize for that, but we've all been keeping very busy. In fact, I wanted to let you all know about two Marcy Playground records due out this year.
All 1337 Ewoks at MP headquarters (secretly located in the hollowed-out crown on the head of the Statue of Liberty) have pretty much decided that my new solo album "Leaving Wonderland... in a fit of rage" is actually just a Marcy Record. It sounds like a Marcy record... and has recently been spotted around town walking and quacking like a Marcy record, so.... officially now, it's a Marcy record. Second, the long awaited "Rarities and B-sides" album, featuring... not surprisingly... lots of old Marcy Playground rarities and b-sides is pretty much ready to go, and will finally be released this year as well.
Most importantly, I'd like to invite you all to join the "rock vacation" that we're all taking to the Bahamas this October. Marcy, along with many of the fans we all remember and love from past shows, the MP message board,... and anyone else who wants to join us... will be taking a "Loveboat" style cruise to the Bahamas in October to mix and mingle, reconnect with old friends, play a few shows, and enjoy some fun laid-back activities on the ship, like Texas Hold'em, golf, shuffle-board, umbrella drinks, sunshine and Rock n' Roll. It's open to anyone who wants to come, so join us! For fans of the band "Sponge"... they will be there performing as well.

“Mondo Nirvana” è in continua evoluzione e arricchisce oggi il suo staff con un pezzo da 90. GiGant si occuperà di tutto ciò che riguarda l’underground milanese e la scena Indie-Rock internazionale, Fakeplastic3 “il re del download” seguirà le nuove tendenze soprattutto estere e alimenterà le polemiche con le sue “stoccate” irriverenti, mentre il sottoscritto, meglio noto come Kukurbeu, porterà avanti il progetto iniziale più inerente ai Nirvana e a tutto ciò che è strettamente correlato.
Sicuri di piacervi sempre più aspettiamo numerosi vostri commenti critiche e consigli.
